As the number of confirmed COVID 19 cases is dramatically increasing, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that it is critical for all members of our community to observe the recommended health and safety protocols and guidelines as prescribed by the CDC, WHO, and local government officials. Please make sure that members of your household continue to maintain social distancing, wash hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water, wear personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, use hand sanitizer when available, avoid touchpoints when outside of your home and avoid touching your eyes, mouth or facial area. Per CDC guidance – Children ages 1-2 are not required to wear a mask and children ages 3-5 are up to the parents' discretion.

In the event that you or a member of your household is exposed to or has contracted the COVID virus, we encourage that you please notify our staff of this so that we have the most accurate information and knowledge necessary to be in the best possible position to serve and help protect you, our staff and all members of the community. If you should have any concerns or apprehension about sharing this information, we want you to know that both your identity and any health-related information you share is considered confidential and protected under HIPAA law and WILL NOT be shared.

Also, resulting from the spike in cases, we will continue with office visits by appointment only and while in the Management office, the required use of masks and PPE per guidelines by the CDC and local officials. With these necessary limits on in-person meetings, we encourage you to take full advantage of all the online options which have been made available to you. (Call your management office for details). Regarding pools, our intention had been to have limited openings by Mid July, however, out of precaution for you and our teams, we will postpone this until at least August 1st. You will receive updates as this time draws closer.

Previously, you may have received a notice delivered to your home whenever we were made aware of confirmed cases of COVID within the community. However, with the reported cases escalating rapidly, we will be transitioning to a more effective and efficient electronic delivery for these types of notices. Going forward, rather than receiving a letter posted at your door, they will be issued in the form of a text or email. If you wish to continue to receive information and updates such as this, please be sure you have provided the staff with your current email and cell phone contact information and have agreed to receive electronic notifications.
